William and Lynn Wells were present on behalf of the application.

Town Supervisor Mike Baden was also present on behalf of the application.

Mr. Wells explained what they wanted to do with the subdivision.

Chair Lindstrom explained that this application would have been a very simple Lot Line Improvement but because the parcel had already been subdivided it needed to be typed as a Minor Subdivision.

Supervisor Baden stated that the County abandoned the parcel and gave it to the Town in 1953, and that it had no use anymore. He further explained that Mr. And Mrs. Wells wanted to purchase the land from the Town and add it to their property and one of the stipulations of them purchasing the land was that it needed to be added on to their existing parcel.
