Alligerville Historic District Project –
Neil will make a report to the Town Board on the Historic District application at its Workshop meeting later this afternoon.
A letter has been sent by HPC to property owners within the proposed historic district, with an update on Neil’s work, and an alert that a communication from SHPO will be coming to each owner of a contributing property at the time that the nomination for Alligerville Historic District is going to be considered.
An article for the BlueStone Press and/or The Accordian on interesting details that Neil has discovered about Alligerville historic properties should be prepared in the spring; e.g. Adamiak, Harnden brick house, schoolhouse, Peter Davis small house, Sears house, P.O.
The remaining payment for Neil Larson will be made with balance of HPC 2014 town funds plus the addition needed from grant money given by Rondout Esopus Land Conservancy in support of the Survey.
