NOTICE OF HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that pursuant to Town Law, the Planning Board of the Town of Rochester, will hold a public hearing for the following matters at its meeting on June 14, 2021 commencing at 7:00PM via videoconference and teleconference, consistent with NYS Governor’s Executive Order 202.1 and successors addressing the COVID-19 virus.

Major Subdivision 77.2-2-29.214
The applicant is proposing a lot line improvement in an approved subdivision on an approved private road (Twenty Acre Lane). Tax Map 77.2-2-29.214 currently 14.37 acres proposes to convey and combine 4.52 acres, to improved parcel 77.2-2-29.215. Resulting acreage of 77.2-2-29.214 after revision will be 9.85 acres. There is no proposed change in use. The parcels are in the AR-3 zoning district. Both lots meet the required development standards to qualify as a lot line improvement in an AR-3 Zoning District.
