NOTICE OF LOCAL LAW 1-2021 PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that pursuant to Town Law, the Town Board of the Town of Rochester, will hold a public hearing on Local Law 1-2021, Amending Chapter 17, Ethics to add provisions for an alternate member on March 4th, 2021 commencing at 6:30PM at the Harold Lipton Community Center, 15 Tobacco Rd, Accord or via videoconference and teleconference, consistent with NYS Governor’s Executive Order 202.1 and successors addressing the COVID-19 virus. The regular monthly meeting of the Town Board will immediately follow the public hearing.

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE, Due to public health concerns, in-person attendance will not be permitted, however the public will be fully able to observe the meetings via computer, smartphone, tablet, or other electronic device.
