NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING & MEETING LOCATION CHANGE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that pursuant to Town Law, the Town Board of the Town of Rochester, will hold a public hearing for Local Law 4-2020, Amending Chapter 132, Vehicles and Traffic, of the Code of the Town of Rochester, on August 6th, 2020 commencing at 6:30PM via videoconference and teleconference, consistent with NYS Governor’s Executive Order 202.1. The regular monthly meeting of the Town Board will immediately follow the conclusion of the public hearing.
Persons wishing to appear at such public hearing may do so as follows

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE, Due to public health concerns, in-person attendance will not be permitted, however the public will be fully able to observe the meetings via computer, smartphone, tablet, or other electronic device.
