PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town of Rochester Town Board has scheduled a public
hearing date for proposed Local Law 2-2020, Establishing Best Value Procurement, to be held at
6:30pm on May 7, 2020 at the Harold Lipton Community Center 15 Tobacco Rd Accord, NY
12404 unless the Governor extends the executive order in that case the meeting will be held via
video and teleconference. The Regular Town Board meeting will immediately follow. Proposed
