NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PREMILINARY BUDGET OF THE TOWN OF ROCHESTER
FOR THE YEAR 2020
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Preliminary Budget of the Town of Rochester for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 2020, including general funds, highway funds, fire protection fire district, and light district funds, has been completed and filed in the Office of the Town Clerk of the Town of Rochester, where it is available for inspection by any interested person during office hours.
The Town Board of the Town of Rochester shall hold a public hearing on said preliminary budget on 11/07/2019 6:30pm at the Town of Rochester Town Hall 50 Scenic Rd Accord, New York 12404, showing such changes, alterations and revisions as shall have been made therein by the Town Board of the Town of Rochester. At such hearing, any person may be in favor of or against the preliminary budget as compiled or for or against any item or items therein contained.
Pursuant to Section 113 of Town Law, the proposed 2020 salaries of the following Town Elected Officials are hereby specified as follows:
Supervisor: $ 37,492.00
Councilperson: 4 @ $ 5,913.00
Town Clerk: $ 46,332.00
Town Justices: 2 @ $ 14,889.00
Highway Superintendent: $ 53,516.00
