Applicant proposes the subdivision of a +/- 10.7 acre parcel (S/B/L 68.1-1-3.1) into four parcels. Three parcels are proposed to have a shared drive/right–of-way via a flag lot. Parcel(s) is accessible by/located at 273 Ridgeview Rd, Kerhonkson, NY. The parcel presently has an existing single family residence with road frontage onto Ridgeview Rd.
