The Town of Rochester Town Board is seeking sealed bids for 1 (one) new Dodge 2500
Tradesman, or Ford F-250, or Chevrolet 2500 regular cab 4×4 Truck.Such truck shall have the
pickup box removed and replaced with utility body. Specifications for bid are available in the
office of the Town Clerk and on www.townofrochester.ny.gov. All bids must include a non-
collusive bidding certificate. Bids are due on or before March 25, 2019 at 12 Noonat the office
of the Town Clerk PO Box 65/ 50 Scenic Rd Accord, New York Bids will be opened at 1:15pm
andThe Town Board asserts the ability to reject any and all bids.

SPECIFICATIONS OF UTILITY TRUCK:
• All bids are due on or before March 25, 2019 at 12:00pm at the office of the Town Clerk

• Bids shall be for the pricing for a completely equipped vehicle and be delivered to the Town of Rochester Town Highway Department on or before July 1, 2019.
• ¾ Ton Pick-up- Any make or model ( Dodge 2500, Chevrolet 2500, F-150, or equivalent) New vehicle, 2018 or later model year
• Regular Cab
• V-6 or v-8 Engine
• 4WD only
• Gasoline or Diesel
• Prefer white, exterior color( will accept alternate)
• Pick-up box removed and replaced with Utility Box
