PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town of Rochester Town Board has scheduled a continuation
of the public hearing for proposed Local Law # 3: Economic Enterprise Overlay District for June
7, 2018 at the Town of Rochester Town Hall 50 Scenic Road Accord, New York 12404
immediately following the 7:00pm public hearing on the Natural Heritage Plan. Amendments to
the proposed plan can be found on the Town of Rochester website www.townofrochester.ny.gov.
