Rochester and Wawarsing Intermunicipal Open Space/Natural Heritage Plan

The Town Boards of Rochester and Wawarsing will hold a joint public meeting to present the draft Rochester and Wawarsing Intermunicipal Open Space/Natural Heritage Plan on Tuesday, March 13th at 5:30pm at the Kerhonkson Fire Station, 333 Main St. Consultants on the project, John Mickelson of Geospatial & Ecological Services and David Church, AICP, will present the draft report to the Town Boards and to the public. Comments and questions are encouraged. The Town of Rochester plan is available for viewing online at townofrochester.ny.gov and also in print form at the Town of Rochester Clerk’s office.

This project has been funded in part by a grant from the New York State Environmental Protection Fund through the Hudson River Estuary Program of the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation.
