LEGAL NOTICE:

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town of Rochester Town Board is seeking sealed bids for a

1987 GMC bucket truck equipped with a standard transmission, stick saw, gas engine, with a 45

foot reach bucket or truck comparable to specifications. Sealed bids are due on or before

1/22/2018 at 11:00am in the office of the Town Clerk PO Box 65 Accord, New York 12404

where they will be opened and read aloud. A non-collusion form must be included.  The Town

Board has the right to reject any and all bids.
