LEGAL NOTICE:
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town Board of the Town of Rochester, Ulster County,
New York, at a special meeting held on the 1st day of November 2017, duly adopted the
following Resolution, subject to a permissive referendum..
Resolution # 113-2017:

The Town Board approved entering into an option/lease agreement with Borrego Solar System,
Inc. for property located at Airport Road and designated tax map parcel 69.3-2-41.100 for the
purpose of development of a solar facility.
Such resolution is subject to permissive referendum as provided by Article 7 of NYS Town law.
A copy of the lease agreement is available at the office of the Town Clerk.
