LEGAL NOTICE:
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town Of Rochester Town Board is seeking sealed bids for
Off-Road Diesel Fuel. The Fuel is to be delivered and supplied to the crushing and screening
equipment at the Town owned gravel bank located on Krum Road. Specifications are available in
the Office of the Town Clerk and on www.townofrochester.ny.gov. All bids must include a non-
collusive bidding certificate. Bids are due 3/2/2017 at 11am to the Office of the Town Clerk, PO
Box 65 Accord, NY 12404 where they will be opened and read out loud. The Town Board has
the right to reject any and all bids.
