PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town of Rochester Town Board has scheduled the continued Public
Hearing on proposed Local Law # 3-2016 regarding solar energy for 8/4/2016 at 7pm at the Town of
Rochester Town Hall located at 50 Scenic Road Accord, NY 12404. A Copy of said law is available for
review at the Office of the Town Clerk and on www.townofrochester.ny.gov . The Regular Town Board
Meeting will immediately follow.
