PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town of Rochester Town Board has scheduled a public hearing on

proposed Local Law # 3-2016: Amending Chapter 140 of the Town of Rochester Town Code with regard

to solar energy for 4/28/2016 at 5:00pm at the Town of Rochester Town Hall 50 Scenic Road Accord, NY

12404. A Copy of said amendment is available for review at the Town Clerk’s Office and on

www.townofrochester.ny.gov. All interested persons will be heard.
