LEGAL NOTICE:

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town of Rochester has extended the deadline for sealed request of proposals for the first phase of the Town’s Open Space Plan: Open Space Inventory. Copy of said proposal is available for inspection at the Office of the Town Clerk and on the Town of Rochester Website www.townofrochester.ny.gov .

All sealed proposals must include a non-collusive bidding certificate and are due no later than  July 20,2015 at 4pm at the Office of the Town Clerk. The Town Board has the right to reject any and all proposals.
