LEGAL NOTICE:

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town of Rochester has scheduled a Public Hearing for 6/25/2015 at 5:30pm at the Town of Rochester Town Hall located at 50 Scenic Road Accord, NY 12404 for comments on Proposed Local Law # 3-2015 amending Chapter 140-43 of the Town of Rochester Zoning Code.

Copies of said amendment are available for review at the Town Clerk’s Office or at www.TownofRochester.ny.gov . All interested persons will be heard.
