NOTICE

A Special Joint Meeting of the Town of Wawarsing Planning Board and the Town
of Rochester Planning Board shall take place at 7:00 pm on September 16,
2014 at 108 Canal Street, Ellenville, NY 12428 for the purpose of
discussing the applications of Primax Properties (Dollar General) for site
plan approval for the property located at 6 Webster Avenue, tax map parcels
76.13-3-21 (Town of Wawarsing) and 76.9-2-39 and 40 (Town of Rochester).
The regular monthly Town of Wawarsing Planning Board Meeting shall
immediately follow this Special Joint Meeting.
