offering to residents in Ulster County. It kicks off on September 2 and runs through
October 2. The spring Healthy Ulster one-month-free offer was a resounding success,
with 1,964 Ulster County residents taking advantage of it. While hailing from over
42 zip codes in Ulster County, most of those last spring were from the five towns
